First week in the Netherlands
Mar. 3rd, 2017 07:21 pmIt’s been a week since I arrived in The Netherlands, the training goes very well and there are a lot of things that I learned, not mentioning that I can’t remember them all. I have visited Amsterdam last Friday as the part of the training and got a chance to do canal cruise while having lunch, that was very great. On Sunday, I went to Maastricht which located 3 hours from Den Haag. My friends and I went there to see a carnival, but we didn’t get much time since all of us were vulnerable to the cold and wanted to be back to our flat in Den Haag as soon as we could.
The air is always cold (well, what do I expect in the end of February and in the beginning of March?). I’m still trying to get used to the life rhythm here which is too much different with my country. But, I think I’ll never get used to the cold which kill me every day. I still have four weeks to go and I hope the weather will get warmer.
